NO! We're an independent brokerage, so there are no franchise fees, and there are no additional fees for your technology or office fees (e.g. printer use).
Each of our Membership Plans clearly lays out your yearly Membership Fee (which can be broken into monthly payments) and the plan's associated Commission Split with Cap.
Additional fees include Closing Fees for compliance review, Flotilla Luxe branding for luxury homes you list with an initial list price of $800K and above, and a one-time Onboarding Fee that covers your database cleanup & import, business cards, etc.

Flotilla believes we offer professional brand recognition & design. Therefore, we prefer that our Partners use Flotilla's yard signs (offered in both standard and Flotilla Luxe ➜ sizes & designs), and maintain Flotilla's branding as the primary/prominent design for other signage.
Our Partners are encouraged to incorporate their own OREC-registered brand name & logos into their sign riders, Facebook business pages, print marketing, etc.

ABSOLUTELY! Your Onboarding Fee covers cleanup & import of your database, website & email setup, business cards, and your Flotilla NFC keychain.
In addition, for agents moving from another brokerage, we'll support you through the process of moving your license in OREC, MLS, and moving your listing agreements from your previous brokerage to Flotilla!
