Absolutely! In addition to offering a convenient monthly payment option, we understand that your business or financial needs may change from time to time. Partners may opt to "move up" or "graduate" their Membership Plan at any time at the prorated cost (if paying for the remaining year in full).
For Partners wishing to "downgrade" their Membership Plan, at the beginning of each year, Flotilla offers Partners the opportunity to downgrade their Membership Plan.
YES! If you opt to pay for your yearly Membership Plan in full when you join, we will prorate it based on the month you join Flotilla.
YES! All Membership Plans except for Referral Partner can be paid monthly instead of in-full at the beginning of each year.
We believe our Referral Partner fee is extremely affordable & minimal, so it must be paid in-full (including any optional technology add-ons) at the beginning of each year.
There are no additional membership, franchise royalties, office technology, or printer fees charged by Flotilla.
Some personal marketing & technology services offered by Flotilla's Director of Marketing & Technology may be deemed outside the scope of standard in-office support, and offered as outside work at an additional cost.
Supplies & SignageFlotilla does offer tangible supplies for sale such as Flotilla-branded yard signs, folders, "Thank You" cards, etc. for an additional cost.
3rd Party Marketplace Add-ons & ServicesThe 3rd-party technology platforms Flotilla provides, such as BoldTrail, includes an "add-ons" marketplace that provides additional services such as online advertising, lead nurturing, direct-to-voicemail, etc. for additional fees paid via the platform.
Onboarding FeeFlotilla charges a one-time $350 Onboarding Fee for cleaning up & importing your database into BoldTrail, your first 500 business cards, and a Flotilla NFC keychain programmed with your Blinq digital business card.
We believe the attention to detail and business growth you'll receive simply from importing your contacts into BoldTrail is well worth the cost alone!
Flotilla Luxe MarketingBy default, Flotilla requires all luxury homes (initial list price of $800K and above) to utilize our Flotilla Luxe marketing package to best service these high-value listings. In some situations, Flotilla Luxe marketing may be waived. Flotilla Luxe marketing is $1,000 per luxury listing, and our page with Flotilla Luxe marketing along with price is coming soon!
Closing FeesFlotilla does charge a Closing Fee per transaction (including personal property transactions) which covers a Partner's E&O insurance and Flotilla's staff costs for compliance/file review. The schedule for closing fees is as follows...
For Partners without a Transaction Coordinator
A closing fee of $150 per closing for the first 50 closings per year, then
$100 per closing thereafter.

Transferring Your ListingsYour listings are transferred in MLS as quickly as you can have your clients sign new listing agreements with Flotilla. We'll make sure you're set up with DotLoop so you can get listing releases & renewals signed quickly!
Flotilla Technology SetupWe can have your Flotilla email, website, and DotLoop up & running within a business day! Depending on the size, source, and condition of your database—we can have that imported into your Flotilla CRM within about a week (database transfers from an existing CRM tend to be much faster than from your phone contacts). You'll have the opportunity to review your database before we import it.
